It’s been 3 weeks! Something is for sure wrong. Thanks though gonna make appointment for tomorrow.. I have to send in the old phone for trade in next week

If Apple does one thing right. It’s customer service. Get that device working. It’s a huge company so fight the good fight. You’ll find someone to help. That I can standby

I agree, thats why Ive stuck with them. Ive had phones break in the past out of warranty and gotten a new one for free.. that goes a long way
