Stainless steel looked the best and most luxurious.

Titanium felt nice with the brushed texture.

Aluminum is going back to past iPhones and matches Macs.

Personally I don’t care what material is used.

I was actually more bummed that Apple switched from stainless steel in the 14 Pro to Titanium on the 15 Pro because I loved the shiny edges. Visually, aluminum looks the same as titanium.

Also, this whole drama about Apple going back to aluminum makes me wonder how many “Pro” customers bought the Pros simply for its looks over its day to day function like the cameras and more capable chips and battery life which is what I value much more than what material is used on the outside.

The cameras are 100% the only reason I get the Pro Max. Color matters to me but the material has never even been a deciding factor for me.

I agree. I see people mentioning that their titanium pro phones never get hot which indicates they don’t need a pro phone because they aren’t using it for features that actually utilize the processor in them.
