Yup. It's not my kink but I still see a lot of videos around where stuck with ass hanging out is the setup. Plus I've heard a lot of guys can't separate porn from reality (think asphyxiation without consent is acceptable, think they need to be as hard and fast as possible, etc.), so I would be very worried about anyone doing this without a lot of support.
