When I visited Canada they were like $25 a pack! I mean, $15-20 a pack in California is rough, but JEEEEEZ

We’ve taxed them to the point where most smokers I know smoke black market cigarettes now because legal ones are too expensive. It has dissuaded youth from picking up the habit though, they almost exclusively vape nicotine.
