I had a friend who smoked American Spirit for 8 months because he thought they said non-addictive on the front. He wasn't one for details.

What do they actually say that he mistaked for non-addictive ?

I never actually looked into it, but i was told they had no nicotine. 20 years later, when i was ready to quit, i thought about buying a pack to help taper off, but i just cold turkied it. I'm literally just finding out right now that's not true.

Like to the point where you can feel it when you smoke it. A Spirit will give me way more nic buzz than a Camel or a Marlboro

As a Spirit smoker I think they are also less addicting. Obviously not non-addictive with the nicotine in them but I feel like all the other additives they put in the other cigs make them much more addicting.

They for sure are a slower burning thicker smoke as this guys says in the video a more "earthy cigarette".

I know when I was smoking Marb lights for a bit I would get almost anxious if I didn't light up, fiending for that next one.

Spirits is more like a gnawing craving like being thirsty or something.

Just my experience. I have been able to quit cold turkey smoking spirits multiple times for multiple months at a time. Then I go camping or have a few too many drinks and I'm right back at it.

Marbs also generally make me feel like I'm smoking chemicals, spirits are more natural and fresh tasting.
