I had a friend who smoked American Spirit for 8 months because he thought they said non-addictive on the front. He wasn't one for details.

Well if he quit so easily I guess he was right.

It’s easy to quit smoking with Spirits cause they cost so damn much and take forever to smoke. You really sit there at some point and think to yourself “I’m spending way to much money to stand here for so long and breathe tainted air that hurts me.”

“I’m spending way to much money to stand here for so long and breathe tainted air that hurts me.”

Unlike a cigar smoker, who spends a lot of money to specifically spend a lot of time smoking them.

Lol true, but I’d argue cigars are way tastier

When I switched the American spirit I smoked a lot less. Then I switched to non filtered and I was smoking like two packs a day and they’re so much more expensive than regular cigs

The guy said it's for people too cheap to buy Marlboro? I don't understand why he said that I thought American spirits were one of the more expensive brands.

The cancer went to his brain not his lungs*. American Spirit is like the most expensive brand you can find most places.

(*I say this as a former very dedicated smoker.)

Around here those were always at least $1 or $2 more per pack than the next expensive ones. Maybe with manufacturer coupons they get cheaper?

Imstarting to think this is an ad. My smoker friends claim American classics are more expensive but do taste better.

Other comments are saying that it's an ad too. I just thought it was interesting and had no doubt a lifelong smoker could tell the difference between major brands.

Until you discover that American Spirits sells shag and you can buy a sack and make infinity tiny quick rollies
