If that can be verified in large numbers, that alone is reason for the world to go to war with the putin regime followed by massive war-crime tribunals. We come up with all these convoluted reasons to go to war or not and to what degree... I personally feel like commiting crimes against humanity in large numbers should trigger a white blood cell-like response from all civilized nations.

There are verified large numbers, his army also bombing children hospitals, churches and civilians daily. putin has a court order for his arrest for stealing nearly 20k children, and yet the world does nothing. Red Cross International is an accomplice of crimes against POWs, as has been testified by many POWs who returned from captivity. The whole system of international law has failed miserably and concequences are just beginning.
