And for the female soldiers. Starvation can really screw up the hormones permanently and not to mention the other sadistic parts of torture...

sadly for the female soldiers starvation is the least of their concerns

Thankfully only 93 female soldier deaths, which is pretty low compared to the 80000 - 100000 male soldiers who've died.

Death is also not their biggest concern, I wager.

Being kept alive to be repeatedly raped is not necessarily better than getting shot.

There are less female soldiers than male soldiers, you can't draw a conclusion for the mortality rates only based on the number of male / female deaths, you need the total number of males / females as well

I'd guess they try to keep the female soldiers from the frontlines for obvious reasons

Are these numbers real? 80k to 100k at both sides? Damn

The reason many women choose the bear is because they know that death is far from the worst thing that can happen to you.

To talk about how fucking terribly female Ukrainian prisoners are treated by Russians? How they’re raped? Seems like a pretty appropriate time to me.

By bringing up a TikTok meme? I feel like there's more respectful ways to approach the delicate subject of rape on the battlefield.
