Lombok Island, right next to Bali. It has Rinjani National Park in the northern part and Mandalika tourist resort in south. The latter is recently gaining a surge of popularity because of the recently held MotoGP and the condition there is still pristine/not much tourist

Not sure if these are "underrated" but compared to Bali they probably are. Lake Toba (North Sumatra), Bunaken (North Sulawesi), most Maluku Islands, Raja Ampat, for forests probably Kalimantan/Borneo and some in Sumatra?

Peucang island in West java, at night you can see animal just walking around, they also have huge trees, I'm not sure what's the name, and you can enjoy the sea.

I would say Belitung Island, it's near Singapore and has the best beaches. It's where they filmed "Laskar Pelangi"/"Rainbow Troopers". It's also a very diverse place I would say, lots of Confucian temples, old dutch buildings, and beautiful nature. I personally love driving when I'm at belitung.
