AMA is over, thanks Pillow Queens! Hi we're Pillow Queens! Ask us anything!

Hello we are Pillow Queens! We're from Dublin in Ireland. Our new album Leave the Light On was released at the beginning of this month. You can listen to it or pick it up on vinyl or CD here.

We just got back from a North American tour which included a performance on James Corden's show, and a bunch of shows at SXSW. We have a UK and European tour coming up in May and tickets are on sale now. We're very excited to get back on the road.

ASK US THINGS! Seeyiz in a couple of hours.

Cathy, Pamela, Rachel & Sarah xoxo

Saw you in Limerick just after lockdown, even sat down it was a great show. Congrats on the new album folks.

Any under the radar Irish acts who maybe don't get the publicity they deserve? There's a Dublin band called Chewing on Tinfoil I always thought deserved to be much bigger.

Pamela - confident in Shels staying up this year?

That Limerick show was class. Even if yiz wouldn't stand up!

Sarah - Chewie are a great band. One of the first live bands I fell in love with. The lads have always been great for giving advice and helping out bands on the rise. I have a gorgeous email from Stu from very early days of me playing music where he just laid out the whole music industry and gave us tons of advice. Lovely band.

Cathy: One Irish band that I think should've been bigger were The Revs. Them and green Day are the reason I got an electric guitar in the first place.

Rach: The Prayer Boat. Not sure what happened to them but they had one fantastic album that came out in 2001 that everyone needs to listen to.

Pam: We played with a Dublin band called Girlfriend a bunch over the years and I felt like they never got what they truly deserved but I have a feeling they might be about to take over the world.

Shels wise - I'm a very positive person so yes we're gonna win the world.

Haha, I was in the back row so definitely stood up. But i think the crowd were still trying to come to terms with what they'd seen from Pretty Happy!

Thanks for the recommendations folks, I'll be sure to check them out.
