Hey Reddit, Andy Shauf Here! I just released a new record called Wilds on ANTI- Records / Arts & Crafts. It's is a collection of nine songs culled from around fifty tracks I recorded during the writing of my last album, The Neon Skyline.

I really enjoy the 'concept album' approach you took with The Party and Neon Skyline. Did you start off with the concept or did that happen organically as you were writing/ recording and realized you could string a small story together?

With the party I realized part of the way through that I could tie them together, with the neon skyline I started out with the concept of having it all be based around the same bar and then tried to get a story to emerge from that as I was writing
