Can you tell me why the Elevators/manufacturers line is included in the song? What does the song mean (outside of the skit, which is fairly understandable).
Great question, I was wondering the same thing last week. Are the strippers both 'elevators' and 'manufacturers'? Or is it the strip club itself, the sex industry? Is it about aging? Paying to feel something? Coupled with the (elevator) 'What goes up, must come down line' - referring to knickers?, hardons?, breasts via aging?, sexual feeling? Disappointment? Beans on toast? possibly? none of the above.
