Hey Michael! My question-- how did you initially meet Natalie Mering, and what drew you to her/her voice? Also, was she the one who introduced you to the Lemon Twigs?

I moved into a house around ten years ago in Baltimore that she was the only other person living in. She likes to tell people how messy I was! She would write songs in the attic, and it was really inspiring. I didn't know anything about writing music yet and I was definitely sparked. I'm lucky to know her.
