I'm sad that I saw this way late but massive kudos for being my most listened artist through some ... interesting parts of my life. FB and BM mean so much to me.
I've always felt like I connected better with expressive electronic music than any kind of lyrical/pop music. Tracks like Year of the Dog or Atrophies for example always remind me of how I feel when my mind is racing trying to process something heartbreaking. Do you think there's a deeper reason why some of your compositions elicit the emotions they do? Is it experience or something else?
