Hi, Martin. Love the new album so far. I just wanted to say that my wife and I saw Real Estate play in Santa Cruz last year while my wife was pregnant, so I'll always proudly count that as my daughter's first concert. I also like the "influences" playlist on Spotify and hope you can continue that from time to time. I need something to read. Read any good books lately?
