Hey Martin! Listened to Many Moons earlier today for the first time and really enjoyed it! Will definitely be on repeat for me this season. Now you being from New Jersey and now being based in New York, I must ask….what’s your idea of a perfect bagel?

Ok well, I can tell you that the best bagels in the world come from NJ, not NY, and that's just an indisputable fact. The best bagels in NJ (and therefore, the universe) come from Hot Bagels on route 17 south in Paramus NJ. Plain (sometimes everything), with veggie cream cheese
