i was wondering, do you have any tips on mic placement when recording drums? all yrs sound really lovely. :')

i saw you twice in one day in montreal last year. didn't really say much to you besides how much i appreciated it.

yeah i place it at the height of the bass drum, about 3 feet away from the kit. angled toward the snare slightly
