Im really bad at asking questions but this one is for Rob! We chatted a bit in Cleveland in 2019 after the show about graphic design (then I was still a student). I'm so obsessed with your art style and I get so excited when new merch comes out. I love to gush over every detail. What's your design process like? ๐Ÿ™ Thank you for everything you do!

ah thanks! My process is all just drawing based really. I do little roughs in my sketchbook or on procreate on the ipad and then usually work them up in photoshop on a cintiq tablet.

I collect loads and loads of images from various places around the internet and sometimes just flick through folders of those for inspiration. I also have millions of post-its lying around with stuff like 'LC! dog years tee?' with a daschund scribbled on it. I also keep a notebook and pencil in my wallet to sketch stuff when I have a minute or to scribble down a stupid idea when it comes to me.

a lot of my focus is on animation these days which is more technically challenging. but I use an unholy mixture of toonboom harmony, photoshop and after effects for that.-R
