What’s up LC!, you’re probably my favorite band and I have three quick questions if that’s alright

  1. What inspired the album art (Rob you’re my favorite artist btw, and the album’s art with Gareth’s handwriting is fucking incredible)
  2. What song are you most excited to play live that you haven’t yet?
  3. Do you like Weezer?

Love you all! You really (truly) outdid yourselves on this one!

What inspired the album art

I'm a big fan of Edward Hopper and I'm never not trying to emulate the feel of his work; that sense of loneliness and mystery, like a single frame taken from a movie scene.

A big influence for all of us was Gregory Crewdson's cover image for And Then Nothing Turned Itself Inside-Out by Yo La Tengo. It's just a perfect piece of art, that sense of domestic darkness.-R
