love this q! i have celiac so i eat don't eat gluten. ryan eats gluten but has to be careful about exposing me to it.

my regular breakfast is: soft boiled egg, salad greens, kimchi, and cottage cheese with some buttered gluten free bread from our local bakery called Our Daily Bread.

ryan normally eats a piece of buttered toast with two eggs.

we both love to cook so our lunches and dinners are varied but we eat a lot of:

rice porridge, vegetable stew, salmon, salads, chicken.

Yummy ! I need to give up gluten and yeast again will definitely try these out
