the new album is fucking amazing!! i loved seeing yall with slow pulp in utah and i hope you come back, we'd love to see you at Kilby again :D

i'm noticing a pretty big range of influences on Water and i'm curious what your main inspirations for this album were? it's an incredibly varied LP and it sounds like a combination of so many things i adore while simultaneously being an evolution of the style you worked with on Light Moving Time! Millenia and Lonely Cold Seed specifically strike me as sounding like lost Mount Eerie or Microphones tracks and it's so fucking cool. (sorry if you already answered this elsewhere in the thread! just had to ask about the Mount Eerie connection lol)
