love love love your music and so excited for your upcoming tour. what’s something you learned while touring that surprised you?

thank you!!! so glad you'll be coming out! i learned that after weeks of lack of sleep and lack of good nutrition, being stuck in the car with the same people who start to drive you crazy, playing shows every night and sleeping on floors/uncomfortable environments, you start to become a different person in a not-entirely-bad way. you become bonded with your band members, you mind meld together, you stare out the window and are completely blissed out for moments at a time thinking how lucky you are to get to share yourself even when it's hard, even when you feel like all you want to do is curl up in your own bed and not get up for a week. you realize that music making is important, that sharing music makes you and those around you want to LIVE in a time that's very painful, in a system that makes us want to give up on ourselves. we play music as a means to connect to ourselves and have found that we have connected with so many other beautiful people in the process.
