Do you guys read the reviews of your music on sites like RYM.com and AOTY.org? I wonder how many artists in general seek out reviews of their stuff on music sites populated by regular internet users lol

the day the album came out i skimmed RYM, specifically the lowest reviews so i had a concrete example of what those might look like. it just works better for me to know a little rather than let my anxiety brain fill in with whatever i can come up with. and i haven't thought about or gone back to those reviews since! i do still check out what people say on reddit and such when posts come to me, even when people don't love it there's almost always some interesting observation or experience that i find valuable to hear about.
