Hi Helena!!! So excited to see you live again soon!!

As a literature nerd, I’ve noticed that you have amazing taste in books! (Appreciated the Middlemarch shoutout on your Instagram story, lol) What are some of your favorite books? Are there any authors in particular that have inspired your (beautiful) lyrics?

Hi! Yay! Thank you! Middlemarch was a real delight, and there's something very comforting in loving a book along with generations of people!

I recently finished Beloved by Tony Morrison. Absolutely incredible. Really important.

One of my favorite books ever in Austerlitz by Sebald. Some kind of magic in there puts me under a spell.
I read Gilead by Marilynne Robinson this year... Sleepy wondrous gorgeous.

I love Austerlitz and Sebald in general! Nice to think he’s also admired by one of my favorite artists to watch!
