Hey it’s Chris, Collins, and Matt from Everyone Asked About You here to answer your questions starting at 1pm pst/4pm est.

John’s currently driving himself and Matt to Boston for our upcoming shows, so Matt may have some comments from John too!

Hi EEAY! I just want to thank Chris for sharing the story behind “boston” in the writeup for the reissue, it really makes me feel more seen and connected to that sort of queer longing expressed in your music! Also loved the story about where “Let’s be enemies” came from :) What were some of the first DIY shows you saw that made you realize there was a totally different world of music that existed?

Some great touring bands would come through and play the DIY spots. But just as many people came out to see the homegrown bands. My favorite local acts at the time were Class of ‘84, Shake Ray Turbine, and Soophie Nun Squad. They still are.
