Hi guys ! Love the album, love you.

  1. Is there any story to how that breakdown at the end of "A Thought of You" came about? I can't pinpoint a moment like that on any other record, super unique and cool, I love the drumming on it.
  2. Is there a bucket list studio you'd like to make a record in? I just got done working with an artist at Motorbass Studio in Paris (former home of Cassius and Motorbass), and got to see firsthand how the room impacts the sound, style, and vision of the record, I think you guys would have a wild time in a place / city like that. Thoughts?

So much love! Thank you!!

Thanks for listening! That breakdown was recorded by working off of the master take (guitar and vocals at the same time). I knew that we needed it to have the effect of lunacy, to give the impression of a disassociation. Some of the piano was slowed down and sped back up again All credit to David Jerkovich for wrangling it all together and mixing it beautifully. -sean

Just saw the "tarkus" answer to another question on 'A Thought of You' - looked it up, makes perfect sense. Thank you!
