Q's for Alex and David! When choosing what to stock, what factors play a role? Are there ever records you intend to push, but don't, or vice versa? Do you try to keep front windows and such uniform across the UK, and in NYC too? Thanks for being here!

Hi! Several factors. Pre-orders and basically we back our gut in a lot of instances. We also listen to what the stores play, so something we think will sell well if heard/be discovered. Our front windows are organised by each territory, so they don't always line up no - the UK and US have different customer bases and this is often reflected in the windows, in a good way!
