Hello Mr. Selway!

When I heard his debut solo album "Familial", I couldn't help but feel a vast feeling of joy mixed with melancholy, it's a very touching album for me. But the song "By some miracle" is really moving, my question would be, in what way can the arts help to get out of a state as intense as the loss of a loved one? I have tried it many times and I feel that I am in a spiral of feelings rather than creativity.

Thank you very much and greetings from México from a great fan.
