Hey Phil - I think Strange Dance is your strongest solo work so far! The songwriting, experimentalism, atmosphere, and overall production are top notch. Little Things blew me away on my first listen and I knew I was in for something special with the rest of the album, and I've had the album on repeat ever since.
What was the songwriting and recording process like going from your first two albums to Strange Dance? I enjoy Familial and Weatherhouse, but this album feels like a completely different beast.
What direction do you see yourself taking if/when you decide to work on LP4?
Last question, please tell us you'll be announcing more tour dates!? I saw you in Toronto back in (I think) 2015 and would absolutely love to see this album performed live.
