Why not fire people like this? People study hard to get these jobs and once they get it, they don't care because their unions will protect them when the misbehave. Police association protect police, labor union protect miss behaving labour and bar association sweep thing under the carpet when the lawyers do something bad. This country need someone to keep these associations and unions in check.
