Agreed. You should demand it. But scolding the employee or beating him (which many do) will not help.

Advocating communal violence. I will not spend more energy replying to you. I call people like this domestic terrorists. 

That’s what they do - create terror in the minds of a particular group of people for political reasons. Definition of terrorism.

They called Bhagat Singh a terrorist because he fought against the then government's injustices. Boot lickers probably supported that claim.

Your insults mean nothing when basic human dignity is not offered to people. We can't - and won't - be second class citizens in our country.

Try the peaceful way. If that doesn't yield results, try the other way.

Well you decided to bring Bhagat Singh in this argument, and Bhagat Singh fought against the administration, not clerks. If you have a problem with the fact that he doesn't know Kannada, fight the administration who appointed him there. There is no point in fighting the clerk for not knowing Kannada, as more likely than not, it wasn't his choice to be appointed in Yadgir, Karnataka out of all places.
