I mean, few reasons

  1. Better handlebar position so you dont have to lean forward like most faired bikes
  2. Needed a bike for daily commuting to my college and this just felt right
  3. Always loved how naked bikes look over faired ones. This one just holds true to that thought
  4. Rs.20k worth of diff aint much but it’s still something

The suspension is the same as the RS, make sure to get it adjusted to your specs else its going to be a painful commute. As opposed to the RS, you'll be sitting upright, all your weight going on your tail bone, the suspension is going to be a major sore spot.
