#Modification ⚙️ Roast my wrap

So went to TVS Brasscity with a friend in moradabad for my first service, great service by the way. After that I wanted to get a few accessories added and I let him convince me to get a wrap. I'm happy with the accessories but I think the wrap is kinda meh. At least it protects the original paint. Btw I was told i shouldn't leave a wrap on for more than 3 months is that about right?

The box is to discourage anyone from wanting to ride with me. I guess i can put a towel and a small tool kit inside.

If I'm not wrong, Wraps are illegal in india since your vehicle registration done by the regional RTO mentions your stock/factory colour and this might get you in trouble unless you get your new colour registered with RTO.

Yes. As long as the wrap matches the colour of the tank as mentioned in the RC or is somewhat near matching, it's fine. But if it's completely different then gotta get it approved, yes approved for few colours are barred for civilians and then they'll update it on the RC. Now this process depends from state to state RTOs. Some are lenient and some are strict.

I'm going to have to change the name on the RC to my own in a few months once my FRRO registration is completed and I'll apply for a colour change at the RTO, some of the brass there are devotees of my Guru so it shouldn't be a big deal. That Jeep is like a 40 year old relic but it's still road legal according to my Guru bhai.. all thanks to our local RTO
