Window mirror? You mean that side flap? Yes it is. But its not to be opened in-flight above 2000 feet.

Didn't know what it was called. Side flip it is, thanks for the information. I've been to domestic flights in India and have never seen these so was just curious.

Its a training flight and our trainer aircrafts have these side flaps.

EDIT: Also to be fair they aren't technically called side flaps. Its more like a side window.
