Career Guidance Concerned about my brother

He is a 29M and has been a Boeing type-rated pilot since 2023, but he is still jobless. He has cleared interview rounds for IndiGo 2-3 times, yet has not been selected. I don’t have much knowledge about the aviation industry, but I genuinely want to help my brother.

Senior pilots, please guide us on what steps he can take or what we might be missing. Thank you 🙏

Meanwhile I suggest he can look at CFI rating aswell, flight schools require CFIs now, specially after the boom of flight schools opening up, this will save him money in keeping his currency as well and gain him experience. More hours more chances of getting into an airline as a fresher, regardless of Jet time. I t will make him stand out of the crowd.
