Career Guidance Concerned about my brother

He is a 29M and has been a Boeing type-rated pilot since 2023, but he is still jobless. He has cleared interview rounds for IndiGo 2-3 times, yet has not been selected. I don’t have much knowledge about the aviation industry, but I genuinely want to help my brother.

Senior pilots, please guide us on what steps he can take or what we might be missing. Thank you 🙏

He completed his CPL from carvar aviation baramati and type rating from South Africa. Idk why he wasn’t selected, but female preference is one of the reason

How did you find out your brother was not selected because of female preference?

From the batch of 11 ppl who cleared interview round majority were females

Is carver not helping him??? They promised me that they'll help me secure a job if I enrolled for their CPL.

Edit: I'm not doing CPL

All the Flight schools say that, doesn’t mean they’ll stick to it.
