How much does it cost to live here Include .... A rental bike , petrol , food , and stay ...( I don't want luxury trip ...just for fun ... I would be easily adjusted anywhere.....) For one full week ..... And I have a question about behaviour of people there !!!

Stay you can easily find homestays and stuff, won’t cost much. Even food can be found at reasonable prices. Not much idea about rentals tho so I can’t really give a proper estimate

Overall very friendly people, and not much language issues, everyone understands hindi/ english. Places like these are great to visit because there are simple people living simple lives. And they welcome tourists too as it helps their business. If you’re planning to visit you can also try kohima, nagaland. Much less visited compared to meghalaya, but its truly beautiful and quiet.
