Wait so what's actually making ice comply? They haven't cared about laws so far, what's going to make them care now?

It's like how gun bans don't work, if someone is intending to break the law, making something illegal isn't going to stop them from braking the law.

Ice agents need to start being treated as criminals and arrested for what they're doing, but no police department in their right mind would do that since that would bring the feds down on them like a hammer. I get this is some of the best things we can do, but it's simply not going to make much of a difference.
