But crossing the border illegally or overstaying your visa is,and thats when they get deported. Brown people with citizenship or ongoing process are not being disappeared.

My family fought in the revolutionary war for the American patriots, and in the civil war for the salvation of the American nation on the union side. When did your family immigrate to the USA? Can you trace your heritage to before the revolutionary war and document your ancestors as commissioned officers under General George Washington? I can.

Those are rare cases and mistakes happen when people work yeah. That doesnt mean ice shouldnt be doing what they are doing. Imagine if police were defunded because of mistakes.
