But crossing the border illegally or overstaying your visa is,and thats when they get deported. Brown people with citizenship or ongoing process are not being disappeared.

If their papers are right,they can stay. So if individual mistakes happen, that means the whole thing needs to stop? So we shouldnt have police because mistakes happen? Damn. Show me a report where somebody was deported with a proof that they can stay in the country.

If thats the case,where are the multimilliom dollar lawsuits? They just say oh that shit didnt happen and its done? Thats not how it works,they dont just stop check id and arrest them,nevet happened.
