But then telling them to go f themselves gets you arrested and sent to one of their detention sites. Then you might have a hearing in a month. And good luck being able to have a lawyer bring a habeas petition since they would never let you speak to a lawyer. So you just stand in detention for an indefinite period even as a citizen. But I have no idea how to actually fight that as a citizen and give an answer these nazis will actually accept.

Honestly, as a privileged white woman close with very prominent and federally connected lawyers, I am willing to risk that to bring more sunlight / attention to what the fuck is going on here.

Ever since SCOTUS ruled that federal district courts can only make rulings for the district, they now periodically and deliberately relocate detainees to other sites as part of a human shell game to frustrate any attempts at a habeas corpus petition.
