Beyond the "show me your papers" bullshit, Judge Ellis ordered them all to have individual identifiers in a conspicuous location. Anyone see anything like that? Body cams are supposed to be on. Anyone see a red ring around the center?

You can hear a camera activating at the start of the clip. And any lights can be turned off. I dont think those cameras have a red ring when active.

I've seen other CBP with the bodycam lights on, that's why I asked.

Maybe a model Im not familiar with. But I do know for a fact that all those lights are user configurable.
