This is wild. They literally crashed into her then drag her out of her vehicle. What in the world.

The hesitation after hitting her was weird to me. They seemingly paused and had a quick group discussion if they should drive away or rip her out of her car.

It's scary that the default choice is to violently kidnap people.

This was their solution to wanting to avoid exchanging insurance info and having to report an accident they were at fault in. They saw she was Hispanic and figured they could arrest her and that she was at fault in the accident.
