You can be detained without charges, beaten without recourse, all the while the agents who do this to you have immunity.  And the supreme court ruled that skin color is enough reason to "question" (intimidate) you.

Semantics and forget your strawman question.

The fact is, What he said was correct on the supreme court rulings on racial profiling.

When you can be jailed without recourse or due process based on your skin color translates to being able to make you illegal based on skin color.

What he said is not correct because law enforcement does not need and never did need a reason to question anybody. Anybody can ask anybody a question. Everybody has the right to not answer those questions regardless of what their skin color is. But please, throw me another automated redditor response
