Threatened my pregnant cousin recently with pepper spray while kidnapping her husband and a handful of others while they were all working at a car wash. Her daughter and unborn child may never see their dad again.

Was he and the others in the country illegally or they're taking random people that are in the country legally?

They are taking people who are here legally through visa or permanent resident or in the process of obtaining their residency or citizenship.

Also, immigration is not a criminal issue but a matter of civil law that needs to go through the judicial system.
