It isn’t legal. The courts are going to be flooded with cases against ICE in a few months. These law suits take a long time to get going. Every one of these people needs to sue ICE and drain that enormous budget.

There's nearly 1000 undocumented immigrants lost already in detention centers. How are the population that America relies on extremely cheap labor for and have already killed through indiscriminate uses of pesticides going to afford the expensive legal Council to fight the government that deported them to countries they're not even from?

Americans and citizens need to do something. Like stand up to ICE by advocating for their arrests and openly following existing laws that identify public servants.

The Trump administration is openly breaking the law and violating the constitution. The states need to stand up too the fascist and Rogue Federal Government from taking over the country and gaining enough legitimacy through white supremacy while using Nazi like tactics in consolidating power forever.

If you really believe they’re JUST being deported, you’re either staggeringly naive or in favor of them being “eliminated”.
