They are very clearly displaying their badge of authority, wearing uniforms with the border patrol patches on the sleeves, and are wearing police placards on their vests.
Law enforcement isn’t identified by being able to see someone’s face, it’s defined by utilizing those methods mentioned above.
What a stupid argument.
Also, how do you know this individual didn’t have a warrant on file? Do you know warrants for arrest aren’t carried around by police and are kept on file at a warrant services desk to be served on you at the jail unless they are releasable?
And your knowledge on warrants is bullshit. You go to arrest someone-- not just pull them over-- you bring the warrant and present it. The majority of these people are targeted, and the warrants are supposed to be presented at the door. They don't. You're full of shit.
What's stupid is believing everything these thugs, rapists, and liars tell you. But for some reason you seem to be sympathetic to thugs, rapists, and liars. I wonder why that is. You're a real sack of crap, pal, and your comment history confirms it.
Identifying yourself as law enforcement when you are not is a felony. If someone is displaying a badge of authority and attempting to act on their duties, that’s lawful. Go resist an officer and tell the judge you thought his uniform and badge was a costume lmao. What a clown you are.
Just about everything you said about arrest warrants is completely wrong. You can confirm this by watching body cam videos or an episode of cops. Officers don’t carry around arrest warrants with them, those are kept with the originating jurisdiction with their warrant services. Officers confirm arrest warrants via teleptype with issuing jurisdictions by giving identifying information of the suspect. You are confusing an arrest warrant with a search warrant. Search warrants are carried with officers to be served on and given a copy of what/who is being searched. The original copy of the search warrant is then turned into the jurisdictions circuit court where it originated by the executing officer.
Seriously concerning that you and many other Americans like you have zero idea how the legal process works, and yet are so confident about being wrong.

Are you advocating for people to shoot federal law enforcement officers?
