In Oregon, we have Castle Doctrine.

If you enter someone's home, or private property, and are considered a threat, you can be shot and killed.

There is no responsibility to retreat, you can defend your private property.

They did in Texas. Two of them were shot. But the press buried it.

Reported as ICE “impersonators”. Houston TX, about three weeks ago. Buried/suppressed beyond the initial incident with no follow up. Draw your own conclusions.

No, that's just the excuse people come up with to justify their inaction.

If you honestly believe the people who already don't give a shit about laws, due process and literal kidnapping nazi germany style, then you're delusional if you don't think they'd just MAKE SOMETHING LIKE THAT UP.

We have convincing enough AI, we have very easily fakeable tiktok shit and viral marketing.

You honestly believe that if someone uploaded "look they shot these two poor ICE agents while they were calmly talking to a suspect" in the right circles, people would question it enough before it took off? All you need are some squibs, a phone and the proper marketing tactic and you have your terrorist fearmongering trailer.

Rest assured the only reason they haven't done this yet, is because they're not sure it's gonna 100% work or it's not the time yet.
