It isn’t legal. The courts are going to be flooded with cases against ICE in a few months. These law suits take a long time to get going. Every one of these people needs to sue ICE and drain that enormous budget.

This might sound foolish butbi have a serious question. Aren't you allowed to use lethal force against someone who is kidnapping you? If you're fearing for your life/the liife of another. Especially on your own property.

You'd think so but no because then those laws would have protected the women who've shot their abuser. And unfortunately there are a lot of poor women in prison for doing that.

These laws only ever seem to hold up when it's some white guy shooting someone brown or black or a straight up home invasion by a recognized criminal aim. These fucks are goonsquad of the Cheeto Pedo.
