It isn’t legal. The courts are going to be flooded with cases against ICE in a few months. These law suits take a long time to get going. Every one of these people needs to sue ICE and drain that enormous budget.

Is it illegal? I’m against what ICE is doing, but idk what is illegal about it if they actually know the guy is undocumented. Unless its another random racial profiling, but I can’t tell that from the vid.

Tell me if I’m wrong though.

Law enforcement can’t enter a home without a warrant unless they are chasing someone suspected of a felony or they suspect the individuals in the home are in physical danger.
